Q: How will a modification in my coverage affect my bills?

A: If you have chosen the Pre-authorized Chequing plan, and if a modification in your coverage causes a decrease of your insurance premium, the ensuing credit will be equally distributed to the remaining instalments. If the policy is completely paid, the credit will be deposited directly in your bank account. In the event the modification causes an increase of your premium, this increase will be added to the balance of your premium and equally distributed to the remaining instalments. If you have opted to pay your premium cash or by cheque, and if a modification in your coverage causes a decrease of your insurance premium, you will receive a cheque for the credit or you can apply this credit to your client account. In the event that the modification causes an increase of your premium, you are requested to send in your cheque for the increase. An invoice will be automatically sent to you.
